Thinking scientifically is all about they way you approach questions and ideas.  It involves critical thinking related to scientific ideas and a set of attitudes and virtues that help you root out fake or misleading information and continue learning.

Thinking scientifically when you are learning about science online means you:

• are open minded, but skeptical;

• look for bias in yourself and others;

• use effective evaluation strategies; and 

• act with integrity.
